<div><b>FORENSIC GRAPHOLOGY is a branch of forensic science which deals with handwriting examination; graphologist will examine ones strokes, letter formation, gaps, size, ink, pressure in handwriting to examine personality traits. Not only in crime but also in job interviews, SSB graphology plays a important role. When one is confused from someone’s personality handwriting examination gives clear idea about the person. “Graphology” is the combination of two words “graphe” and “logos” which means “to write” and “science” respectively which means written science; it was coined by Abb Jean Hippolyte in 1897.</b></div><div><b><br></b></div><div><b>Forensics graphology can be applied in any case which include handwritten document like suicide note ( here when note is examined graphologist can tell that in pressure one has written note or by will one has written note ) , personal dairy , question paper etc.  Graphologist uncovers a small  details in signature or  handwriting which normal man cannot see .Graphologist are called upon to find detailing of handwritten document mainly in criminal cases followed by domicide cases. Graphologists are called to read many written interview as it tells about ones personality clearly. Main points which graphologist tells are one’s calmness ,worried ,trust issue, memory skill , lifestyle, competing nature, stress level, anger control, optimistic behavior.</b></div><div><b>We daily think lots of thoughts feel lots of emotion and we cannot share every feeling to others this leads to depression, over thinking. So our brain finds outlet through our handwriting. Every feeling or emotions is then transported from brain to your handwriting. Therefore handwriting gives us the clear idea of one’s state of mind.</b></div><div><b><br></b></div><div><b>There are some techniques that help the individual to calm their stress, anger and anxiety. <div><b>PHISHING is defined as an “Attempt to acquire sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details (and sometimes indirectly money), often for malicious reasons, by masquerading as a trustworthy entity in an electronic communication”. The term, which originated in the mid-1990, comes from fishing for unsuspecting users. So any mail, text message or link that leads you to disclose a password, log-in details or banking card pins should be treated as suspicious and avoided. </div><br></b></div><div><b>Karmatar, a small town, in Jamtara district Jharkhand has slowly emerged as the epicenter of cybercrime in the country.</b><br></div><div><b><br></b></div><div><b> Senior police officers reveal that the first cases of online fraud pertained to mobile recharges in 2011. A group of youth who had gone to work outside the district learnt the trick of recharging phones without actually paying and made some quick money.</b></div><div><b><br></b></div><div><b>Sitaram Mandal a young man in Jamtara was the mastermind of cyber crime started in Karmatar village of Jamtara district by using false recharge tricks. He recharge villagers DTH and mobile accounts in exchange for lesser amounts of money. A couple of years later, cases of frauds of money from bank accounts by accessing financial details . For being more accurate in cyber fraud Sitaram requires more peoples, he knows that it is not that simple and cannot be done alone. He require a group, the number of jobless young persons are involved from his village. In the confessional statement before the police, 22-year-old Diwakar Mondal, arrested on March 11, 2017, states that he along with his cousin Mithun Mondal(from group of Sitaram mondal) gathered fake SIM cards and involved in cybercrime .In the statement, Diwakar admits to arranging mobile SIM cards with fake identities and also bank accounts under different names.</b></div><div><b><br></b></div><div><b>DETAILING ABOUT THE MODUS OPERANDI OF JAMTARA MODULE -</b></div><div><b>Sitaram and his group acquiring vast numbers of SIM cards on fake identities, which they use to fool unsuspecting ATM card owners. They get together in the mornings, split into groups of two or three and sit at the bamboo forest to make calls. Typically the crime involves two people. One who makes a call to an unsuspecting customer seeking details about his bank account, as a bank officials. The second person sits with a Smartphone, all set to click on ‘proceed to make payment’ for items on an e-commerce website. He completes the transaction with the customer’s bank details within moments after his partner secures them. The SIM card is then disconnected and destroyed. In most of the cases bank accounts or e-wallets of a third party is used to make these ''vishing'' transactions and .Almost all e-wallets such as Paytm, Freecharge are being used. One deduction from an ATM card travels to one e-wallet and immediately into five or six other e-wallets, and then finally into a bank current account of villager by offering them some percentage of money, from where it is instantly withdrawn via ATM’s. The police have to follow a long trail to get to the main perpetrator.</b></div><div><b><br></b></div><div><b>Sitaram Mandal was picked up by Delhi Police. Mandal's name was allegedly revealed to hack the account of noted actor Amitabh Bachchan to blow Rs 5 lakhs. A union minister suffered a loss of 1.80 lakhs due to cyber frauds committed from Jamtara itself. Licked 1.60 lakhs from a MP of Kerala. At the same time, a BJP MLA of UP cheated Rs 5000. The strings of all these crimes were also related to Karmatar.</b></div><div><b><br></b></div><div><b><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

She says the tricks which the local youth, mostly school and college dropouts, employ to dupe people are not very complicated. “They call up people posing as bank officials on any pretext, say, linking the Aadhaar number to the bank account, and ask for card details. Sometimes, they even warn not to give the ATM PIN and say ‘we are sending you an OTP from the bank and you have to confirm the OTP number. Unfortunately, even educated people get convinced and get duped”. Due  to the lack of development in this area the youngsters finds cybercrime as an easy way for became rich easily .as their family and and whole village is supporting them. These youngsters are not professional but just ‘script kiddies’, still they took the rate of cyber fraud to alarming stage.</b></div><div><b> It difficult to keep a count of the articles seized 70 LED TVs, three washing machines, 40 ATM cards, about 80 bank passbooks, 200 mobile phones and 9.28 lakhs in cash. The charges are mostly the same: Section 419, 420 of the IPC (cheating by impersonation and cheating), 468 and 471 (forgery for cheating and using forged document as genuine), 120B (criminal conspiracy) and Section 66B, 66C and 66D of the Information Technology Act.</b></div><div><b><br></b></div><div><b>There are many such type of frauds performed by these peoples such as OTP fraud, credit card scam, lottery scam, gift and coupon scams, and the most recent UPI scams. WILDIFE FORENSICS_ AN INSIGHT FROM FORENSICS

<div><b>7,700 rhino’s[1] were poached between the year 2007 to 2013. 2500 elephants were poached in the year 2011, for their ivory . Instances of tiger poaching is increasing at a rate of 38% every year. Wildlife crime is increasing fast. The very need to preserve the ecosystem and the ill done to the wildlife has called for forensics to be involved in solving the wildlife the globe. Clubbing forensics with the laws makers of wildlife would not only make the implementation easier but also would speed up the process of investigation and would also enable crime reduction.</b></div><div><b>WHAT IS WILDLIFE FORENISCS?</b></div><div><b>Wildlife forensics encompass all the aspects of wildlife trade, export and abuse done. The branch basically deals with the production of evidences that provokes further investigation of a wildlife crime. The answers to the questions involving the type of crime done, the specimen involved , its geographic origin is provided by various forensic techniques encoporated.</b></div><div><b>Crimes against wildlife could be most categorized as, poaching, trading, possession of protected articles and cruelty infliction against wildlife.</b></div><div><b>THE BASIC QUESTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED WHILE INVESTIGATION</b></div><div><b>In a wildlife crime being committed[2] , at the very first place ,unlike general crime is to check whether the crime has been committed or not. This is done by identifying the specie involve as whether protected or not . </b></div><div><b>The next thing to be considered is their origin or area where they were bread, so as to find out the cases involving illegally captive bred. The age of the specimen is another significant area of concern to be answered. The gender of the specimen involved. The reason for the injury or death of the specie. </b></div><div><b>INVESTIGATION</b></div><div><b>The very first thing during identification is visit to the scene of occurrence. In wildlife forensics , the crime scene depends upon the type of crime committed based on which the  type of evidences to be collected are also decided. In the beginning , preservation of the crime scene is to done and accordingly collection of evidences admissible begins. Scene recording is an important aspect so keep the evidences intact and to  cross check for any left over evidence. </b></div><div><b>Fingerprints found on the crime scene of significant importance[3] , enabling us to reach to the perpetrator. The fibers, hair and fur could be found on the crime scene. As per Locard’s Mutual exchange principle trace evidences would always be transferred while crime commission and either an animal fur found in possession of the suspect or vice-versa plays an important role.</b></div><div><b>While talking about trace evidences, tyre marks, instrument marks  play another significant role in identification. The direction of the skid marks could not only tell us about the whereabouts of the perpetrator but also the speed at the time of incidence ruling out the chances of an unfair trial. </b></div><div><b>Forensic palynology encorporated while examining the pollens in the suspect’s possession rules out the chances of his denial of not being on the crime scene due to the specimen specific nature of pollen.</b></div><div><b>Identification procedure could be categorized as, visual identification , genetic identification and identification on the basis of chemical characters.</b></div><div><b><br></b></div><div><b>A.	IDENTIFICATION ON THE BAISIS OF MORPHOLOGY: Morphological characters are taken into consideration. This is the most simple approach applied while identifying a specie under question.  Visual identifications has a lot of advantages if understanding of the specie to be examined is present it leads to positive identification upto specie level. However, the implementation of the technique is inadmissible due to its subjectivity based on environmental and surrounding conditions. Visual examination could not be done in the cases where there is limited data available about the reference sample. </b></div><div><b>B.	GENETIC IDENTIFICATION: Identification on the basis of it’s genetic characters is not a new . Here while considering wildlife forensics it is a bit different; the question that is the specie under question to be protected is answered here. The various techniques encorporated while DNA barcoding includes PCR,RFLP and AFLP. Mitochondrial DNA is used for comparison due to lesser variability.</b></div><div><b>C.	CHEMICAL IDENTIFICATION: Identification on the basis of the specimen is done on the basis of their biochemical characteristics; including the protein level, amino acid , lipids ,phosphate level in the individual. This method also has a limited usage due to a low reference bank . bomb curve dating method[4] could also be encorprated in the cases involving ivory so as to know the exact time of death.</b></div><div><b>Though the techniques are enhancing day by day so as to make investigations speedy and errorless. But still , the increasing wildlife crime rate is a significant concern .
